Text reminders: terms and privacy

Creation Village World School (CDF Celebration LLC, a disregarded entity of Creation Development Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization), at 599 Celebration Place, Celebration, Florida 34747, sends optional text reminders to parents and guardians of enrolled students. This page explains how families sign up, what we send, and how we protect phone numbers.

How families sign up

Only parents and guardians of enrolled students can sign up, and only by choosing to. A parent signs in to the school's Village Hub at hub.creationvillage.com/texts/, enters their mobile number, ticks the consent box and presses Turn on texts. The box is never ticked for them, and texts are never turned on from phone numbers the school already has on file. The sign-up looks like this:

We record the date, time and way each person opted in or out.

What we send

School reminders: events, deadlines such as re-enrollment and forms, schedule changes, early dismissals, closings and urgent school notices.
Usually 2 to 6 texts a month. Message frequency varies.
No advertising, and no texts on behalf of anyone else.
We do not send texts between 9 pm and 8 am Eastern.

Every text starts with "CVWS:" and ends with "Reply STOP to opt out." For example:

CVWS: Re-enrollment for 2027-28 is open until Dec 11. Re-enroll at creationvillage.fsenrollment.com Reply STOP to opt out.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed.
Reply HELP for help, or call the school office at 407-900-7708.
You can also turn texts off at any time at hub.creationvillage.com/texts/.
Reply START to turn texts back on after replying STOP.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Signing up is not required to enroll or for any school service.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the school texts described on this page. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with our text-messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver our messages.

Your number and your opt-in record are stored in the school's Village Hub and can be seen only by school staff who manage family communication. Ask the school office to correct or remove your number at any time.
